These terms cover your use of the brand.store website and of any demo we build for you. Company name, registration number and registered address: to be added. Questions: contact@brand.store.
Demos
A demo is a private preview built from your product link and your public site. It costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.
It's for you and your team to review. It isn't a live page for your shoppers until we've agreed to put it live, and we won't show it to anyone else without your permission.
The beta programme
Brand Store is in a beta programme, priced from £0.50 per shopper visit: you pay for shopper visits to your pages, not for seats or page builds. The terms of a live engagement, including price, are agreed in writing with each brand before anything goes live.
Example brands
The example demos on this site are built from each brand's public site to show what the product does. The brands are not affiliated with Brand Store and haven't endorsed it, and their names, marks, products and videos belong to them. If you represent one of these brands and want an example changed or removed, email contact@brand.store and we'll do it.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, or submit other people's details. We may change or withdraw parts of the site at any time.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
